In order to maximize the offers we give our clients, we do all transactions in house, and do not hire outside resources. We have in-house Research, Title Work, Attorneys, and MLS. We want to be able to offer the best to those who come to us.
My role is a facilitator. I work directly with you, the homeowner, to make sure that the process goes smoothly. I meet with you at your home and discuss your unique situation and options. I personally do the walk through and discuss your options for the home and what our company can do. Once we evaluate your home, Advantage Home Buyer will present you with a confidential offer.
In my free time I enjoy playing basketball and spending time at the gym. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing new people, places, and cultures. I get true joy out of this — which lends itself to my role at Advantage Home Buyer. Every client has a unique story that we work to respect during the selling process.
